El Mojito
El Mojito is the British home of music in La Carihuela. It is not just a music bar, it is a very comforting British home for many. It does what it says on the tin: live gigs, tea, English breakfasts, Sunday roast dinners, bingo and live sports on tv. Expect tribute bands like Elvis, Beatles, Buddy Holly and music from the 60-80s, rock, pop, soul, disco, funk en motown.
El Mojito is het Britse home van muziek in La Carihuela. Het is niet alleen een muziekbar. Het is een geruststellend thuis voor velen. Ze bieden aan wat je verwacht: live optredens, thee, Engels ontbijt, typish gebraden zondagsdiner, bingo en live sport op tv. Verwacht tribute bands zoals Elvis, Beatles, Buddy Holly en muziek van de 60-80s, rock, pop, soul, disco, funk en motown.
De Brabander
De Brabander is the most famous music bar for the Dutch. In the summer they even have a party boat. They also have good food. Their gigs are mostly by Dutch singers so expect carnival music and a great ambience.
De Brabander is de bekendste muziekbar voor de nederlanders. In de zomer hebben ze zelfs een feestboot. Je kan er ook lekker eten. Vooral Nederlandse artiesten treden er op dus verwacht karnavalmuziek en een goede ambiance.
Hans en Grietje Carihuela Park
This restaurant/music venue is a hidden gem because it is the restaurant of a block of apartments so you would normally not go in. Please do, as it is set up with long tables leading to a dance floor and stage. Expect any kind of music to sing and dance to.
Dit restaurant/muziekbar is een verborgen juweel omdat het het restaurant is van een appartementsblok waar je normaal gezien niet zo maar binnenstapt. Doe het toch want de zaal heeft lang tafels die leiden naar een dansvloer en podium. Verwacht muziek waar je mee kan zingen en dansen.
